Welcome to the Home Page of the Clare & Josef Meier Young Vocal Artist Competition!!!
This event is co-sponsored by the Black Hills Chamber Music Society, and the Dakota Choral Union, Rapid City,
SD.
Our Mission:
This contest is open
to all high school students in South Dakota, Eastern Wyoming, and Western Nebraska.
We welcome home-school students,
private school students, and public school students.
The contest is adjudicated by a panel of University Vocal
Professors. All contestants are required to prepare three pieces. One piece may be in English.

will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Please review the Rules and Regulations posted here. The Application Form has been posted.
You will need to print, complete, and mail the Application. Please note that all Applications must be mailed, and must
be post-marked by February 27, 2012. If
